White Fish Fillet, Water, Whaet flour, Oil, Sugar, Salt,Flavour encgancer, Potota Starch

Storage Guidelines
• Keep can closed with plastic lid after use.
• Avoid prolonged storage in excessive temperatures.
• Use contents within 11 weeks of opening.
• Do not use if foil security seal is damaged or missing.

Cooking Preparation
Deep Fried

• Deep fry in pre-heat oil at 180°c for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
• Drain well before serving

Conventional Oven
• Preheat oven to 220°c. Place frozen fish fillet on a baking rack above a shallow tray and bake for 9-11 minute
