Roasted Australia Lamb Belly Ribs with Cajun Herb

The rib is the section of the lamb carcass on either side of the backbone between the shoulder and the loin and includes ribs 6 through 12.

Marinated ingredients:
Cajun
Bay leave
Dried rosemary
Black pepper

Cooking method:
– Deforest completely
– Heat your oven to 325°F/163°C
– Place the lamb belly ribs into a roasting pan
– Until the lamb temps out for your desired level of doneness
– Serve
