Lamb Tenderloin with Dried Rosemary

The tenderloin is prepared from a side of lamb by removing the muscle in one piece from the underside of the shortloin.

Marinated ingredients:
Dried rosemary
Black pepper
Chicken powder
Parsley flakes

Cooking method:
– Deforest completely
– Heat up the pan until it’s totally hot
– Pan-fried until cooked / Grill (200°C) for 10-12 min
– Serve
